Since its founding in 1965, BLÜCHER has been known as one of Europe’s leading drainage system specialists. First established and still operating in Denmark, BLÜCHER exports its products all over the world. Watts Water acquired BLÜCHER in 2008. Today BLÜCHER develops, manufactures, and markets stainless steel drainage systems, including drains, channels, and piping, for a variety of residential, commercial, industrial, and marine applications.

BLÃœCHER offers drainage systems for all applications, ranging from large industrial facilities to luxurious cruise liners. Their product range comprises more than 2,500 products, including standard and customized floor drains, drainage pipes and drainage channels. The products are developed in a modular system by which sub-components can be combined to create complete products. BLÃœCHER also offers customized solutions in which the flexibility and craftsmanship in the production process play a key role.

All BLÃœCHER drainage products are produced in stainless steel grade AISI 304 or optionally grade AISI 317L. This material is ideally suitable for high-quality drainage systems. It is fire resistant with high strength but with a low weight and is environmentally friendly.

Furthermore, it is corrosion resistant, resistant to impacts and thermal stress and requires little maintenance. In the BLÃœCHER drainage product line the inherent qualities of stainless steel are enhanced by careful product design resulting in long product life expectancy, excellent hygienic properties, easy installation, whole-life cost advantages, and excellent flow capacities.
